Rose Foundation organizes social programs, training workshops and community events to promote women empowerment and skill development. The foundation also works to support blind and underprivileged people. Rose Foundation encourages and assists transgender individuals by helping them access employment opportunities. It also promotes education and supports sports activities for youth and the community.

Skill Development Training Program

Rose Foundation organizes skill development training programs for women and youth to help them learn professional skills and become self-reliant. The foundation offers courses such as Beauty Parlour Training, Computer Education, Stitching & Tailoring, English Speaking, Mehndi Designing and ECCEd (Early Childhood Care and Education).

Support & Employment for Transgender Community

Rose Foundation supports third gender (transgender) individuals by helping them become self-reliant. The foundation has helped some individuals start small businesses such as a Xerox stall near the railway station. It also supports them by arranging accommodation and helping with basic needs like food and daily living.

Support for Blind Community

Rose Foundation works to support blind individuals by helping them become self-reliant. The foundation provides small business opportunities by giving items such as calendars for selling and products like bags, pens and agarbatti so they can start their own small businesses.
Through these initiatives, many blind individuals are able to generate their own income and continue their work independently.
Rose Foundation also supports them with essential needs such as ration and helps them access government welfare schemes whenever possible.

Mega Job Fair for Employment Opportunities

Rose Foundation organized a Mega Job Fair to help people who were struggling to find employment. More than 50 companies participated in this event, providing various job opportunities for job seekers. Through this initiative, around 1500 people were able to get employment and start their professional careers. The event aimed to support unemployed youth and connect them with suitable job opportunities.

Home-Based Work for Women 2021 to 2024

Rose Foundation also supports women who are unable to go out for jobs by providing home-based work opportunities. The foundation arranged work such as handmade paper bag making so that women could work from home and earn an income. Through this initiative, many women were able to earn around ₹200 per day and support their families while managing their household responsibilities.

Sai Paduka Bhavya Darshan Event

Rose Foundation organized a grand “Sai Paduka Bhavya Darshan” event on a large scale for devotees and the community. The program was arranged to provide people with the opportunity to take blessings and participate in a spiritual gathering. Many devotees and local residents attended the event, making it a successful and memorable spiritual program.

Sports Promotion & Tournaments

Rose Foundation actively promotes sports and youth development by organizing and supporting various sports tournaments. The foundation regularly encourages young players by arranging games such as cricket and football tournaments in the community. These events help youth showcase their talent, build confidence and stay engaged in healthy activities. Rose Foundation also supports talented players whenever possible to help them move forward in their sports careers.

Mat Distribution Drive for Needy People

Rose Foundation organized a mat distribution drive for needy individuals to provide them with basic comfort and support in their daily lives.

Under this initiative, mats were distributed to underprivileged people to help improve their living conditions. The program aimed to extend care and assistance to those in need, ensuring dignity and basic necessities for all.

This initiative reflects the foundation’s commitment towards social welfare and supporting marginalized communities.

Other Social Activities

Apart from these major programs, Rose Foundation also carries out many other small social activities for the community. The foundation regularly helps poor and needy people with food support, assists students with books and educational fee support, and encourages young players by providing sponsorship opportunities for their growth in sports.

Rose Foundation also visits schools to distribute books, school bags and organize small educational and awareness programs for students. Due to the wide range of activities, it is not always possible to showcase every initiative here, but the foundation continues to work actively for the welfare of society.
